Raised in kitchens that smelled of cardamom at dawn and basil at dusk, Chef Mayank built Saffron 7 around a simple idea: the best meals don't belong to one country. They belong to whoever is hungry, at whatever table.
From slow-cooked biryanis to tikka-spiced fusion plates, every dish is hand-built from spices ground in-house and sauces that simmer for hours — never shortcuts, never compromises.
